Please understand that it is sometimes very difficult to get a true and accurate photo

of the various pianos. Most have a highly polished finish that reflect light easily causing

problems for the camera and flash. Many of the pianos actually look better in reality.

Stultz & Bauer €2000

New piano, made in China but of German origin, very neat size,

Should suit all grades and last 80 - 100 years.

Brinsmead €700

Older piano but fine quality, oblique strung, under damper, concert pitch.

Suit beginner to medium grades.

Height: 128.cm. Length: 143.cm. Depth: 65.cm.

Maxime Freres €400

Older vertical strung, tuned down a semi-tone, nice case, plays fine.

Came as a trade-in, suit a beginner.

Height: 125.cm. Length: 136.cm. Depth: 59.cm.

Kawai BL 51 €2500

Slightly larger Kawai, in very fine condition, gloss black finish.

This is a quality piano for the serious musician.

SAMIC SU 105 €1450

Bought new some years ago but hardly ever used, very neat in size.

This piano would take a student through all grades.

Yamaha U3 €2900

Fine U3 in lovely condition. These pianos cost approx. €10,000 new

and are one of the best uprights available anywhere today.

NOTICE

There is a good demand for less expensive beginner type pianos, but they are hard

to find in sound condition and we have difficulty trying to locate them. Some of

these pianos are sold as soon as they are ready and putting them up on the web.site

becomes pointless. It is advisable to phone if you are interested in purchasing to

are in reasonably good condition.

Part Exchange

We accept trade-ins on our new and used pianos but only if the trade-in is in usable condition

or if it is possible to make it so with a reasonable amount of work. .

REFURBISHED PIANOS

All our used pianos come under this heading but there are two main types.

A: Japanese pianos fully reconditioned in Japan.

B: Pianos from various other countries.

Japanese Pianos

These are mostly Yamaha and Kawai pianos although sometimes other Japanese makes

are available. Usually about 20-40 years old, they are completely stripped and rebuilt in

Japan and leave the factory almost as good as new. Prices for these instruments varies

from approx. €2000 - 4000 or about one third to a half of what a new similar piano would cost.

Used Pianos - General.

All types of pianos may be available in this catagory, from very young to very mature

with makes and models from all over the world. These are overhauled, regulated and

tuned by ourselves and most are sold with a guarantee. Most can be delivered at

no extra cost, depending on the circumstances.

Beginners

These tend to be older instruments in good working order capable of taking a student

up to grade 5 approx. Prices generally start at about €700 but can sometimes be lower.

Intermediate

Of better quality than a beginners piano and usually capable of taking a student

through all the grades. Prices generally between €1000 - 2000.

Professional

Quality instruments for the more demanding player or music teacher.
